Bishop Fleming's head of international tax, Chris Walklett.Tax briefing for commercial landlords

Top 40 accountants, Bishop Fleming, based in College Yard, Worcester, are presenting a tax briefing for commercial landlords in the region to bring them up to date on the latest tax developments affecting the sector.

This briefing will form part of an exclusive commercial property event hosted by Jelf Insurance Brokers and includes presentations from other regional firms in different areas of commercial property.

Bishop Fleming’s tax seminar, entitled “Lifecycle of a Commercial Property Business” will highlight key tax opportunities and pitfalls arising from owning and managing commercial property.

Some of the topics to be covered include: company versus personal ownership, tax planning, and family ownership.

The event will be hosted by Bishop Fleming partner, Chris Walklett and Senior Tax Manager, Rob Pearce.
