ALISON CONDIE APPOINTED MD AT BARRATT EAST SCOTLAND…
Alison Condie has been appointed Managing Director at Barratt East Scotland. Alison, will be based at the house builder’s Edinburgh office, was previously Technical Director with the Division for the past eight years.
Barratt East Scotland has enjoyed a period of growth which has seen new home sales up year on year. Work recently started on two new sites in Edinburgh, 178 new homes at Fairmilehead and 127 homes at City Haven flatted development on Newhaven Road. In addition, infrastructure works have commenced in Bathgate to deliver 180 new homes at Inchross Grange and planning has been granted for 122 homes at The Kilns, Burdiehouse, Edinburgh as well as 140 new homes which will be built at Jewel & Esk, Eskbank.
Alison Condie comments: “I’m very much looking forward to taking up the role of Managing Director of Barratt East Scotland. We have a great team in place and ambitious plans for 2013 and beyond. I’m delighted to be leading what promises to be a bright future for the Division.”
